A MONSTRUOUS SENTENCE

The ECHR, UNANIMOUSLY,
believes that Austria did not violate the right to freedom of expression by criminalizing a woman who accused Muhammad of pedophilia,
on the grounds that :
- she speaks of pedophilia in the sense of common language for a 56-year-old man who rapes a 9-year-old girl, and does not prove that Muhammad was pedophile in the medical sense of the term,
- it hurts religious feelings
- it can only arouse indignation for devotion to Muhammad
- it adds nothing to the debate.
So, for the ECHR, to pose the problem of the veneration of Muhammad as a beautiful model, while he rapes a girl from 9 years to 18 years, exceeds the limits of the debate, and the girls who die or are tortured by daily rapes, weigh less in the balance of rights than "religious feelings" …
